+ quita\u00e7\u00e3o) e leg\u00edvel, permitindo a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os dados necess\u00e1rios para a an\u00e1lise do documento.<\/p>\n<p>Para os funcion\u00e1rios rec\u00e9m admitidos (at\u00e9 30 dias), que n\u00e3o constarem na rela\u00e7\u00e3o do FGTS, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio encaminhar os seguintes documentos:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 C\u00f3pia da carteira de trabalho e Previd\u00eancia Social com n\u00famero, s\u00e9rie, fotografia e assinatura do portador; ?<br \/>\n\u2022 C\u00f3pia da p\u00e1gina da carteira de trabalho e Previd\u00eancia Social do registro da empresa;<br \/>\n\u2022 Registro do funcion\u00e1rio assinado pelo empregador e empregado.<\/p>\n<p>Lembre-se que toda a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o referente \u00e0s propostas \u00e9 objeto de rigorosa an\u00e1lise e a aus\u00eancia ou diverg\u00eancia de alguma informa\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 gerar atrasos na implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do seguro.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"color: #1b365d;
